These terms apply to OpenClaw One digital licenses, support, and related prepaid software services.

1. Product scope

OpenClaw One is sold as digital software, digital licenses, optional subscriptions, and optional prepaid AI usage credits. It is not a transfer of source-code ownership.

2. License use

A purchase gives the customer a limited license to use the purchased product according to the selected plan, seat count, and delivery terms shown at checkout or in the commercial proposal.

3. Acceptable use

  • You may not use the product for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or harmful activity.
  • You may not bypass license controls, payment controls, or account restrictions.
  • You may not resell access unless a separate reseller or enterprise agreement allows it.

4. Pricing and payment

Prices are shown in USD unless stated otherwise. Taxes, payment handling, and final totals are displayed at checkout. Enterprise and custom deals may be quoted separately.

5. Delivery

Standard self-serve purchases are delivered digitally through download instructions, onboarding messages, account access, or license information sent after payment is confirmed.

6. Support

Basic customer support is available through help@openclaw-one.com. Response times may vary by plan, region, business hours, and issue complexity.

7. Service changes

We may improve, modify, suspend, or retire features when needed for security, stability, compliance, or product updates. Material commercial changes will be reflected in public documentation or communicated at renewal.

8. Refunds

Refund handling is described in our public Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

9. Privacy

Personal and operational data is handled according to our public Privacy Policy.
