OpenClaw One is sold as digital software, digital licenses, optional subscriptions, and optional prepaid AI usage credits. It is not a transfer of source-code ownership.

A purchase gives the customer a limited license to use the purchased product according to the selected plan, seat count, and delivery terms shown at checkout or in the commercial proposal.
3. Acceptable use
- You may not use the product for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or harmful activity.
- You may not bypass license controls, payment controls, or account restrictions.
- You may not resell access unless a separate reseller or enterprise agreement allows it.

Prices are shown in USD unless stated otherwise. Taxes, payment handling, and final totals are displayed at checkout. Enterprise and custom deals may be quoted separately.
5. Delivery
Standard self-serve purchases are delivered digitally through download instructions, onboarding messages, account access, or license information sent after payment is confirmed.
