Refund policy

Clear rules for digital licenses and prepaid software usage.

This policy is designed for digital software sales, not for physical shipping or retail goods.

1. Standard self-serve software licenses

We may review refund requests for first-time standard self-serve digital license purchases made directly through the public checkout within 7 days of purchase.

2. When a refund may be approved

  • The request is made within 7 days of purchase.
  • The order is a standard self-serve software purchase, not a custom enterprise deal.
  • The product has not been materially abused, duplicated, resold, or used in a clearly fraudulent way.

3. Non-refundable items

  • Prepaid AI credit packs that have already been used in whole or in part.
  • Enterprise, custom deployment, consulting, setup, or project-based work.
  • Orders blocked, limited, or closed because of abuse, fraud, or policy violations.

4. How to request a refund

Email help@openclaw-one.com with your order email, order ID, purchase date, and a short explanation of the issue.

5. Processing time

If a refund is approved, the return is sent back through the original payment route. Final posting times depend on the payment provider and bank processing timelines.
